Room rates are per person per day and with breakfast, excl. Local tax per person € 2,00 per Day. We ask for your understanding that there is no luggage storage and showers possibilities on arrival and departure. Your room will be ready at least at 13:00 o'clock. Please note that the sauna and fitness area is not included in the prices above.
Pets are not allowed in our house.

One free uphill and downhill ride for pedestrians with the Asitz or Steinberg gondola in Leogang per stay - also for the uphill and downhill ride for tobogganing during the designated operating hours (no ski and snowboard transport!) or for an evening ride.

One free ride per day in the shuttle taxi at the Biberg winter toboggan run from the car park to the Berggasthof Huggenberg inn (toboggan hire not included)

One free entry to the Saalfelden sauna (Ritzensee lake) and the Leogang sauna (leisure center) per stay.
